ASIPUL RACE FINES
The Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission has ordered the Kasipul parliamentary by-election candidates, Philip Nahashon Aroko and Boyd Were, to pay a fine of 1 million shillings for breaching the Electoral Code of Conduct. IEBC says it found the two responsible for orchestrating the violence that has been witnessed in Kasipul constituency during the campaigns.
