President Ruto: We launched an integrated digital platform to register farmers. In 2022, fewer than 300,000 farmers were on record. Today, over 7.1 million farmers are registered on the Kenya Integrated Agricultural Management Information System, giving us the visibility to design scientific, targeted interventions, eliminate extortionists, cut out brokers, and drive out cartels and middlemen.
