An international assessment has revealed alarming gaps in foundational learning among children across 12 countries, including Kenya. The findings were released today in Nairobi at the Evidence for Action Forum, hosted by the People’s Action for Learning, PAL Network. Our reporter, Aaron Marie, attended the forum and now reports. A new global report unveiled has confirmed what many education stakeholders have long feared: millions of children across the Global South are attending school, but not learning.
