The Intergovernmental Authority on Development [IGAD] member states have been challenged to step up resource mobilisation efforts to support comprehensive and durable solutions for refugees , returnees and host communities. Interior Cabinet Secretary Kipchumba Murkomen says the influx of refugees and internally displaced persons in the region continues to outpace the solutions available, leaving many of the displaced populations in a prolonged state of limbo.The clarion call was made during the regional Ministerial stock-take meeting of the IGAD platform for the Global Compact on Refugees in Nairobi
