Non-governmental organisations advocating for the welfare of childcare providers have renewed calls for safe and favourable working spaces for domestic workers to enable them to provide quality care to children under their watch. During a multi-stakeholder forum on sexual and gender-based violence held in Kisumu, the organisations under the auspices of the Coalition on Violence Against Women- COVAW, underscored the need to improve the welfare of childcare providers to boost their work morale.
