Locals from flood-prone areas of Baringo South have protested plans to auction an excavator that has played a key role in controlling floods in the region. Speaking to the media, the angry residents claim they were not consulted, accusing officials of attempting to sell the machine at an unreasonably low price. They demanded its replacement with an equally quality one before it is sold.
