Four people dead in Ikolomani following relocation dispute

Four people have been shot dead and several others, including journalists and police officers, injured following violent clashes in Ikolomani Constituency, Kakamega County. The chaos erupted after residents opposed a meeting convened by the National Environment Management Authority, NEMA, to discuss their proposed relocation to pave the way for gold mining.
