A 33-year-old man has been charged with the murder of his wife, Caroline Akinyi Ochieng, in Kajiado County. According to the prosecution, the accused, Washington Bill Were Otieno, killed his wife, Caroline, between the night of November 17 and the morning of November 18, 2025, at Pinebrook Premier Villa in Kitengela, within Isinya Sub-County, Kajiado County. Lady Justice Christine Meoli was informed that the prosecution will rely on evidence gathered during investigations into the circumstances surrounding Caroline’s death and will be lining up 11 witnesses to testify.
