Child Fund has launched extensive training to women groups in Bunyala Central in Budalangi constituency to equip young mothers with relevant skills to cope up with mental health challenges.
Speaking in Mubwayo Village, Bunyala Central, ChildFund caregiver Beryl Tynah says the mental-health awareness trainings have transformed the mindset of women, making them more resourceful and better equipped to resolve family issues peacefully. Tynah explains that the programme has also inspired women to start table-banking groups, boosting their economic stability and improving their livelihoods
