The Head of Public Service Felix Koskei has urged ministries, state departments and agencies to submit timely accurate financial statements, saying timely audits are crucial in improving service delivery and ensuring Parliament adopts audit reports within the required time bounds. Koskei has urged the institutions to meet the 31st August deadline set by National Treasury warning that delays and inconsistencies will not be tolerated.
