IEBC receives ballot papers ahead of November 27 mini polls

    The Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission, will begin dispatching electoral material this Friday ahead of next week’s by-elections. Speaking at the Jomo Kenyatta International Airport after receiving the first batch of the ballot papers, which were printed in Greece, IEBC chairperson Erastus Ethekon said that ballot papers to be used in far-flung areas, like Banisa Constituency, will be airlifted due to security concerns.
