Iran pledges to locally support Kenya’s treatment of kidney patients

    The ambassador of the Islamic Republic of Iran to Kenya Dr Ali Gholampour has pledged his country’s support in the treatment of kidney patients in the country. Cholampour was speaking at the opening of a new dialysis centre and maternity wing at the Iran hospital in Nairobi. The Ministry of Health director of curative and clinical services, Dr Andrew Toro welcomed the initiative, saying it will help ease the congestion of patients at dialysis centres.
