THE PRESIDENT'S SCORECARD Dr.Silvester Kasuku : JKIA was constructed in the 1970s. Other airports in the region that were constructed at that time have been relegated, while we are still debating about JKIA which was constructed in 1974. We are behind and we need to move to the next level.
