The National Transport and Safety Authority and traffic police have spelt out new stringent measures aimed at curbing road accidents as the December festive season kicks off.In the new measures motorists who flout traffic regulations will be subjected to instant fines as police team up with the courts, further they will deploy speed guns and breathalyzes to nab drunk drivers.
