Parents have been urged to engage their children in moral-nurturing activities during the long school holiday. Former Kariobangi North ward MCA Julius Maina Njoka, at the same urged the parents to monitor their children’s movement and behavior during the holidays.Njoka, who is also vying for the Kariobangi North ward seat in the upcoming by-elections, has, in the meantime unveiled free games and competitions for the local children to actively engage them for the two months they are at home. The initiative also aims to bond with each other while they utilize their talents. Njoka urged sobriety in the country in the wake of the heightened political atmosphere.
