Deputy Dean of Makarios III Seminary, Philip Mugadizi, has been appointed and consecrated as the Bishop of Kisumu Diocese and Western Kenya. The consecration took place on 25th November through the Holy Synod of the Patriarchate of Alexandria by His Beatitude Pope and Patriarch Theodoros II.
