President William Ruto has met the President of the European Union Council António Costa on the sidelines of the 7th African Union, and European Union Summit, in Luanda, Angola. In the meeting, President Ruto congratulated President Costa for assuming office as the fourth president of the council and pledged a stronger working relationship between Kenya and the European Union. The summit's discussions are focused on regional security and collaboration between Africa and the EU.
