The High Court in Kwale has ordered the closure of seven unregistered children homes in the County, which have been linked with a child trafficking syndicate. According to Justice Naikuni Lucas Lepares of the Environment and Lands Court in Kwale, the children’s homes are suspected of trafficking children out of the country where their rights are violated.
