Just days after US President Donlad Trump brokered a peace deal to end three decades of conflict between DR Congo and Rwanda, fighting erupted again in eastern DRC as M23 rebels seized the key city of Uvira in South Kivu - though the group has now announced its withdrawal. As cracks in Trump’s deal begin to show, the BBC’s Emery Makumeno asks whether the fissures were there from the start - and what it would take for the peace to truly hold.
