In Kajiado, a man accused of murdering his wife, Bill Were, was arraigned in court. He pleaded not guilty to murdering Caroline Akinyi Ochieng at Pinebrook Premier Villa in Kitengela. The incident occurred on the morning of November 17, 2025. The body of the deceased was found in a bush, while the husband was said to have traveled to Kisumu. Presiding Judge Justice Christine Meoli directed the prosecution to supply defense lawyer Bernard Atancha with committal documents.
