Steve Owino and Caleb Obed crowned national checkers champions

Steve Owino and Caleb Obed are this year’s champions of the just concluded national checkers championships that were held in Nairobi’s Mbotela social hall. The championship, that drew players from across the country, was extremely competitive, with the first three getting slots to represent Kenya in next year's world championships
