Speaking during a conference in Diani, Kwale County, Dr. Amoth emphasized the need to prioritize oral health as part of universal healthcare. Dentists at the meeting urged the county governments to employ more dental specialists, citing a shortage across public hospitals. They also called on Kenyans to embrace regular dental checkups for better oral health.
