The Principal Secretary (PS) for Transport, Mohamed Daghar, has encouraged Mombasa youth to embrace the National Youth Opportunities Towards Advancement (NYOTA) to initiate and expand their entrepreneurship ventures.
The PS is leading the NYOTA project verification exercise in Mvita, Nyali, Kisauni, Jomvu, Changamwe and Likoni sub-counties. The flagship initiative of the government is designed to address youth unemployment through practical, inclusive and results-oriented interventions. The project is financed by the World Bank and implemented through a multi-agency approach.
