Court Orders NTSA Boss Njao to Vacate Office Pending Replacement

Lady Justice Maureen Onyango ruled that Njao must comply with the NTSA Board’s October 29 directive and vacate office to allow a smooth transition. The court also directed the Transport Cabinet Secretary to appoint an acting Director General from the list submitted by the Board.
