President Ruto: Every time I travel abroad, as I recently did to Japan, I'm always struck by what vision, discipline and high ambition can achieve. I see their infrastructure and prosperity and I ask: Why not Kenya? Many will say it's impossible but they said the same to Japan, South Korea, Singapore, and even about us during the last election. They were wrong then, as they are wrong now.
