Shake-up at KRA as Simiyu exits, new commissioners named

The Kenya Revenue Authority has intensified its leadership shake-up, with the appointment of two new commissioners, Doreen Mbingi and Nancy Ngetich. This, as long-serving commissioner Rispah Simiyu, whose five-year term has ended, is now seconded to the national treasury. Risper briefly served as acting commissioner-general of the Kenya Revenue Authority from February to August 2023, following the resignation of former commissioner general Githii Mburu.
