CS Murkomen directs Police, all security agencies to conform to e-procurement

Interior Cabinet Secretary Kipchumba Murkomen has directed the National police service and other security agencies in the Country to conform to the new E-procurement system to curb corruption practices especially in the tendering process. He was speaking in Nyamira County during the Jukwaa La Usalama Security forum where he linked murder cases in the area to land succession disputes arising from population pressure on small, fragmented land.
