The world peace day was marked across several counties in Kenya with Kitui and Mandera residents calling for harmony in regions often hit by conflict. In Tseikuru, Mwingi North, Kitui County, an area that has in the past witnessed violent clashes between camel herders and local farmers, residents joined county leaders and peace stakeholders to mark this year’s International Day of Peace.
