A section of politicians allied to President William Ruto have dismissed remarks by former Interior Cabinet Secretary Dr. Fred Matiang’i, who alleged that there are individuals who are not Kenyan citizens being registered and issued with national identity cards. Speaking in Oda town, Tana River County, the leaders led by Interior Cabinet Secretary Kipchumba Murkomen, termed the remarks inciteful and dangerous.
