Dutch national caught on camera insulting a police officer to be arraigned in court

Dutch national Elwin Ter Horst will be arraigned in court to face appropriate legal action after being captured on video abusing and demeaning a police officer. In the video that has made rounds on social media the visibly agitated Dutch national is seen hurling insults at officers at the Diani Police station, an incident that has been condemned by the national police service. While lauding the officers for exercising restraint, the service said it won’t hesitate to take action on anyone found culpable of undermining its authority.
