The Kenya Tea Development Agency has rolled out a 300 million shillings sanitation and hygiene program targeting schools in rural areas within tea growing zones. The initiative, which is part of a corporate social responsibility, is expected to enhance educational opportunities as well as provide bursaries and improve sanitation facilities in schools.
