The Kenya Union of Domestic, Hotels, Educational Institutions and Allied Workers, KUDHEIHA, has suspended its nationwide strike for its 120,000 members in all public universities to allow for dialogue. This comes as the Education Ministry committed to paying the pending 2.73 billion shillings salary arrears and allowances alongside September salaries.
