A netball tournament has been launched in Ndhiwa Sub-county, Homa Bay County, to raise awareness on the rising cases of teenage pregnancies, HIV infections, and gender-based violence. The event, organized by the elected Member of County Assembly (MCA) Florence Ouma in partnership with the Social Justice League, targeted women and girls in the community as part of efforts to address the triple threat affecting the region.
