The Political Parties Liaison Committee has urged county governors to erect monuments in honor of the late Prime Minister Raila Odinga, recognizing his pivotal role in championing Devolution. The committee has also supported proposals for a national monument within Parliament to commemorate his legacy. Meanwhile, the Orange Democratic Movement which Odinga led for decades has affirmed its unity and confidence in the leadership of its new party head, Oburu Odinga.
