Four people have perished in an accident at Koitamugul along the Narok- Bomet highway. Three are said to have died on the spot while one was pronounced dead upon arrival at the Longisa hospital. Police said the accident occurred when a 14-seater matatu carrying ten passengers hit an oncoming lorry heading in the opposite direction.
