An initiative to better equip women as entrepreneurs and business owners in different sectors of the economy has been launched. The initiative that is targeting women between the ages of 18 to 35 years of age will see beneficiaries access training virtually to boost their businesses.The initiative is a collaboration between Brighter Monday a leading recruitment agency in Kenya and Arifu. The hashtag for women empowerment initiative is Be A Boss Lady.
