A Milimani High Court has set aside 3 days to hear and determine a case of a disputed piece of land in a prime area in Nairobi’s capital beginning 2nd December. Presiding Judge of the Environment and Land Court Oscar Angote in demarcating time to conclude the case said it had been in court for years and there was need to conclude it before the year ends. The upper hill land at the centre of the dispute is being claimed by three entities, Wathanangu Holdings Limited, the University of Nairobi, and Kenya Medical Training Centre.
