It was December 1992. Guide Nyachuru was excited to attend a holiday camp. By the following morning, he was found dead at the bottom of a swimming pool. The camp was one of those run in Zimbabwe by John Smyth - a barrister who died in 2018 and who's at the heart of an absue scandal involving the Church of England.
