Azimio leader Raila criticises National Assembly over county funds row

The national assembly has proposed reducing this amount to ksh 380 billion. Odinga contends that the ongoing deadlock between MPs and senators in the mediation committee is delaying much-needed funding for county governments, which rely on these resources to maintain essential services.
