As part of the ongoing probe into the 2.2 billion shillings graft scandal at Moi University, the Ethics and the Ethics and Anti-Corruption Commission (EACC), has summoned 4 University Council Members to appear before it over the matter. The latest development comes a day after Moi University’s Vice Chancellor Isaac Kosgey was summoned by EACC to answer claims of embezzlement through fraudulent infrastructural projects which has paralyzed operations at the institution.
