President William Ruto has vowed to fight corruption in his regime putting stringent measures which include digital procurement process as a way of combating corruption.
He urged independent institutions responsible for combating graft to intensify their efforts while at the same time expressing frustration with the delay by parliament in passing the Conflict of Interest Bill.
