We begin the bulletin with the rot in public universities...where The ethics and anti corruption commission has obtained a search warrant against former vice chancellor of the Jaramogi Oginga Odinga university Prof. Stephen Agong’ as it intensifies investigations in to the loss of 2.6 billion shillings. Prof. Agong is among 5 other top officials of the institution, who are reported to have overseen irregularities in the procurement of major infrastructural projects in what the graft watchdog said is an emerging trend in public universities.
