The Election and Boundaries Commission now says it has no powers to conduct the delimitation of constituencies until new commissioners are appointed.
IEBC CEO Marjan Hussein Marjan has told the National Assembly Public Petitions Committee that the commission is waiting for the determination by the Supreme Court after the delimitation period elapsed in march this year.
