Tahadhari hiyo inajiri huku kukiibuka wasiwasi kuhusiana na ukiukwaji ovyo wa kanuni za trafiki wakati wa operesheni ya usalama barabarani inayotekelezwa na maafisa wa halmashauri hiyo. NTSA imesema kila mmoja atalazimika kuchangia katika kuzuia visa vya ajali na kulinda maisha.
