Hafla hiyo ilifanyika katika shule ya upili ya Ligisa kwa lengo la kushughulikia visa vingi vya watoto kuacha shule kutokana na ukosefu wa fedha. Waandalizi wa hafla hiyo walitoa wito kwa wahisani kukidhia mpango huo wa kifedha.
