High Court Orders IG & DCI To Release The Mlolongo 3; Justus Mutumwa, Martin Mwau, And Karani Mwema
The High Court has ordered the Inspector General Of Police Douglas Kanja and Director General Of The Directorate Of Criminal Investigations (DCI) Mohammed Amin to immediately release three individuals; Justus Mutumwa, Martin Mwau, and Karani Mwema who were abducted in Mlolongo more than a month ago.
Justice Chacha Mwita also ordered the two police chiefs to appear in court in person
