Council of Governors threatens to sue the controller of budget Margaret Nyakang’o

The Council of Governors has threatened to sue the controller of budget Margaret Nyakang’o over her decision to halt approving bursary and scholarship funds, terming her as selective in decision-making since national governments have approved monies meant for devolved functions. The governors have further threatened to stage demonstrations by taking all students and parents to Nyakang’os office.
