Akizungumza katika uzinduzi wa ripoti hiyo, mkurugenzi mtendaji wa nacada, anthony omerikwa, amesema kuwa vijana wengi waliokuwa wakishiriki maandamano walitumia mihadarati kwa madai ya uongo kuwa yanapunguza athari za vitoa machozi. NACADA imetoa orodha ya marafiki wa uovu huo na wahadhiri ni washukiwa wakuu wanaosambaza mihadarati vyuoni.
