Inspector General of Police Douglas Kanja, through his lawyer Paul Nyamodi, has requested the court to dismiss the case filed by the Law Society of Kenya and others concerning missing persons. Nyamodi argued that the court, having issued a habeas corpus order, has already fulfilled its mandate regarding the matter, asserting that no further orders of habeas corpus can be issued. The judge is set to issue the ruling on the 21st of February.
