53 per cent of Kenyans are abusing one form or another of drugs or alcohol according to a study conducted by the National Authority for the Campaign Against Alcohol and Drug Abuse(NACADA). Speaking in Nairobi on Thursday during the launch of this year’s National Substance Use Prevention Week, NACADA board chairman Dr. Stephen Mairori petitioned key stakeholders including the County government to firmly implement laws meant to regulate the sale of alcohol in the country
